The Clinical Informaticist, Implementation Support, will be responsible for driving clinical workflow alignment and informatics strategies for the successful implementation of the Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Program.
The Clinical Informaticist plays a key consulting role, bridging clinical expertise with technical EHR design. They will analyze and align clinical workflows with system configuration to optimize efficiency, compliance, and user adoption. Additionally, the Clinical Informaticist will advise on regulatory and data standards, oversee clinical governance activities, and collaborate with cross-agency teams to foster interdisciplinary engagement and adoption strategies.
This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead clinical workflow alignment and informatics strategies for EHR implementation.
+ Advise on clinical implications of system configuration and data standards.
+ Support data governance and public health compliance in EHR design.
+ Facilitate cross-agency collaboration and clinical workgroups.
+ Develop training and adoption support for clinical system users.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Here's What You Need**
+ Degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field.
+ 5 years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT.
+ Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
**Minimum Skills:**
+ Experience implementing Epic EHR systems in clinical environments.
+ Knowledge of CMS quality metrics and healthcare data interoperability.
+ Experience with provider engagement and clinical adoption strategies.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
+ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
+ Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
+ Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

**Working Conditions**
+ Professional remote office environment.
